Election Night May 5th 2011

Celebrating an  excellent result on election night with my agent Cllr John Warmisham. John did a sterling job and I am very grateful to him for all his hard work, enthusiasm and support during the campaign.

I am delighted to have been re-elected as a Councillor for Langworthy Ward. I will continue to work hard to create a better quality of life for residents.

Seedley Terrace road resurfacing.

Gina Loveday on the newly re-surfaced road on Seedley Terrace.

It was a pleasure this evening to be out campaigning around the Buille Hill Park area. Very positive support on Seedley Terrace. People were really pleased that the Labour Council had invested on having their road resurfaced.
If re-elected I will continue to fight for finances for further road works in Langworthy Ward even though it will be very difficult due to horrific cuts forced on Salford Council by the Conservative/Liberal Democrat government.

It was also very amusing when a resident in the area showed us the Liberal Democrat Focus leaflet and said "have you ever seen anything so cheap and nasty".
I couldn't possibly comment!
